CheekyLuna has signed up for a boot camp, only she didn't read the full description and hadn't realised she was going to be doing her exercises in a pool of mud.
She's wearing a matching stretchy ribbed cotton cropped top and high waisted shorts, white sports socks and a pair of grey running trainers.
Knowing it's too late to turn back, she gingerly steps into the creamy pool of fake mud. Before she starts she's told to fill the front and back of her shorts with mud. A jug heads down each leg at the front, followed by two jugs down the back. Her first exercise is squats which gets the mud moving around inside her shorts and seeping down her legs.
The next exercise is bicycle kicks which requires her to lay down in the mud. She sits with a splat before laying down in the mud to complete the task. Following that she completes some glute bridges which forces her to thrust up into the air then let her bum fall back into the mud over and over with a gentle squelch. Next she is asked to complete some leg lifts, some on each side, the final clean bits of her outfit being coated in the brown slop.
Before the next exercises, she's asked to fill her top with mud. Holding the neckline open, she slips in a number of jugs full of mud, before simply enjoying herself pouring mud over her front. She is asked next to do sit ups, which she insists isn't going to be possible. After proving it's too slippy, she pushes herself out of the mud and flops back down to prove she's at least tried it. Next onto yoga positions, where she alternates between cat and cow, showing off a very muddy bum in the process. Her knees slowly slip apart as she does, eventually flopping her front first into the pool. Her next pose is a downward dog. She slips down again during her first attempt to get into position, with her second being much more successful and held for a few seconds.
Finally, she is asked to do a plank. She quickly finds out that the pool isn't long enough so eventually decides to cross her legs and complete it on her knees. After holding for a few seconds, she flops face down into the pool blowing bubbles as she exhales before coming up for a gulp of air. Now completely covered, she sits back up to say her goodbyes.
